TASMANIAN PERSIAN FETTA
Persian style fetta is a drained curd, fresh cheese. Unlike its drier, saltier Greek Fetta cousin, it’s creamy, but still crumbly. Low in salt, with a fresh acidic flavour complimented by flavours from the marinating oils. The oil also protects and prolongs the shelf life of the cheese in much the same way it has been used for centuries.
PERSIAN FETTA WITH GARLIC,
BAY & BLACK PEPPERCORNS
The delicate flavour of our traditional Persian Fetta is enhanced with sublte garlic, bay and black papper flavours and marinated in an extra virgin olive oil blend.
Serving suggestions
Crumble it through a salad, slather it on freshly baked sourdough bread, or eat it with a spoon! Don’t waste the oil, which is also infused with flavour and makes a delightful dip or basting glaze.
